How do I place an order?

Simply choose the product you like and let us know via WhatsApp or email. No account registration needed.

Can I change my order after placing it?

Changes can be made before production begins. Please contact us as soon as possible.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel before payment. Cancellation requests after payment are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

Bank transfer and EFT are accepted. Payment details are shared after order confirmation.

When do I need to make payment?

Payment is expected within 24 hours of order confirmation. Production begins once payment is received.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

Delivery across Turkey takes 1–3 business days via Yurtiçi or MNG. Shipping is free.

How can I track my order?

After dispatch, your tracking number is sent via WhatsApp or email. You can track in real time on the carrier's website.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally. Delivery time and cost vary by destination. Contact us for details.

Are the products handmade?

Yes, all our products are crafted one by one by skilled hands in our atelier.

What materials are used?

We use silver, natural stones, and carefully selected findings. Material details are listed on each product page.

Are products in stock or made to order?

Some pieces are ready in stock, others are made to order. You will be informed at the time of ordering.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return a product?

Due to the handmade nature of our products, returns are evaluated case by case. If you have any issue, please contact us.

I received a damaged product, what should I do?

Photograph the product after receiving it and contact us within 48 hours. We will do our best to find a solution.
